NPI Project Coordinator

The Role:
As part of an NPI project management team, you will be responsible to ensure materials readiness for the timely introduction of new product.As the key supply chain contact for a product introduction you with Project manage all tasks associated with New Material Introduction (NMI)across multiple disciplines. Ensuring that all project timelines are consistently met, you will own associated Change controls and ensure materials, planning, warehousing, sampling dispensing and shipping readiness for any new material introduction.

Further Responsibilities:

Material Availability
• Ensure material supply in accordance with project/MRP schedule.
• Raise purchase orders on SAP in a timely manner
Supplier Management
• Manage tactical operation performance issues with Suppliers e.g. paperwork, on time performance etc.
• Maintain accurate information in SAP with regard to delivery dates to ensure that vendor scorecard information is right-first-time in support of Supplier Scorecard Process.
Inventory Management
• Ensure accurate inventory forecasting
• Ensure accurate capacity analysis of the warehouse and mitigate where necessary

• BS degree in a technical discipline
• NPI experience in the pharmaceutical environment
• Relevant experience in a Supply Chain, technical or quality role.
• Advanced user-level of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel & MS Project
• Experience of SAP & QTS is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, dealing with a broad range of groups at all levels of the organization.
• Project Planning and organisational skills are essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as working autonomously.
