Our client a multinational medical device multi national currently seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to join their team. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Site Leader. The Process Improvement Engineer is responsible for leading the deployment of Continuous Improvement in the plant through utilising Lean, Problem Solving and Six Sigma skills in a high volume, fully automated manufacturing environment


This role will lead and support the execution of process improvement initiatives within the plant.
Manages and tracks continuous improvement projects focused on cost, waste and reliability to successful completion utilising effective control plans to sustain improvements.
Executes process improvements through identification of problem areas or opportunities and collaboration with internal groups and external vendors.
Provide training and coaching to all associates on continuous improvement, Problem Solving Methodologies, Process Optimisation, Lean and Six Sigma Tools.
Champions a structured data-based problem solving approach across all plant functions.
Conducts benchmarking to identify and adopt best practices from within and outside the company network.
Ensures that all activities are fully compliant with Business Safety and Quality Policies.


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
At least 3-5 years continuous improvement or process improvement experience within an automated, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong data analysis skills and experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies.
Proficient knowledge and prior demonstrable use of Six Sigma and Lean techniques: 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management/Tier Meetings, TPM.
Black Belt certification and experience working in a regulated industry are advantageous.
