Quality Systems Specialist
Our client, a multinational biopharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Quality Systems Specialist. As the Quality Systems Specialist will support Quality Management System Processes and deliver Quality System projects.

Responsibilities
• Provide support and direction to all departments in respect of specific quality system elements to ensure business, quality and compliance goals are met
• Partners with other Departments to ensure that compliance systems are implemented in an efficient manner
• Develop and implement new processes, procedures, forms, work instructions and tools related to the implementation of compliance systems at the site
• Assesses compliance systems on ongoing basis to identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements
• Degree in a Quality, Science or Engineering discipline and 3 or more years of related experience
• Proficiency in applicable cGMP regulations and in-depth knowledge of Quality Systems
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders and employees
• Strategic Thinking with a problem-solving approach
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• cGMP knowledge and experience of HPRA/FDA regulations
• Excellent influencing and coaching skills
