A Senior Associate Production Planner is required to join a leading global business based in Dublin on a 12 month contract. This person is responsible for translating the master production schedule into a detailed schedule, ensuring on time availability of product, whilst taking known constraints and planning parameters into account.


Other Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for portfolio of commercial products, understanding all constraints and dependencies that impact planning activities.
  • Participate in the monthly planning cycle for all products and complete the necessary activities, some of which include:
  • Ensuring the master production schedule and resultant production plan is reflected on SAP and Rapid Response (RR).
  • Responsible for short term capacity planning.
  • Manage and monitor SAP / RR transactions to support production plan, planning cycle and procurement activities.
  • Inventory management of assigned products.

You will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • 3 years supply chain planning experience
  • SAP ECC Planning Experience
  • Ability to analyse complex data and to communicate findings and make recommendations
  • Advanced experience and capability with Excel, Word, and MS Project
  • Min 5 years experience in an industrial environment
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and pharmaceutical processes

Systems:

  • SAP is essential
  • Rapid Response, EDMQ, CCMS, QMTS is preferred
