Supply Planning Process Lead
Our client, a global pharmaceutical organisation are currently recruiting for a Supply Planning Process Lead to join their team. As Supply Planning Process Lead you will be responsible for the planning processes used by Supply Planners in the organisation.

Responsibilities
• Global Process lead for Supply Planning, working closely with supply planners across the organisation
• Detailed design of APS enabled Supply Planning ways of working
• Testing new and changed functionality in quality systems and as they are brought into a live environment. This is to ensure the changes perform as expected without any unintended impacts on the existing system
• Develop detailed knowledge and expertise in APS functionality, master data and reporting related to Supply Planning
• Development and implementation of incremental improvements in current supply planning processes
• Support the adoption of utilization of all APS enabled process to work in an exception based process
• Develop and refine end user training content and roll out training to end users
• Coach end users with adopting and succeeding in SNP processes which are system driven, optimised and exception focused
• Facilitation of Global Community of Practice to enable knowledge sharing across a community of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Continuous improvement of Supply Planning ways of working based on end-user feedback and business requirements
• Support Inventory management activities through APS enabled processes
• Support the roll-out of safety stock setting processes and SEIP

Requirements
• 5+ years relevant supply chain/manufacturing SAP experience
• Strong Supply Chain/Supply Network Planning experience essential
• Third Level Qualification in a Supply Chain or IT discipline
• Strong knowledge of system enabled Supply Planning, Kinaxis Rapid Response preference (also SAP APO or APS system experience is relevant)
• Solid project management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience of leading and delivering change
• Experience in developing process improvements/new ways of working
• Demonstrate focus on delivery of business results via process improvements
• Strong analytical capability essential
• Excellent communication skills
• APICS qualification an advantage
• Prior pharma experience and advantage but not essential
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required / preferred
