An Associate or Senior Associate –Data Governance Information Management - Business Integrator is required to join a leading global pharmaceutical business based in Cork with Hybrid working. This is an opportunity to join a vibrant multi-cultural team where you will play your part in making a difference for people the world over by supporting the business as it discovers, develops, and delivers medicines that help people live longer, healthier and more active lives.

The key areas of focus for the Data Governance and Information Management (DGIM) business integrator will be developing technical solutions and configuring Master Data Governance technology solutions, collaborating with our business partners, and influencing the processes, tools, and operating models within the Master Data Governance space.


  • Lead, manage, and participate in day-to-day operations, enhancements, and projects. This includes understanding business impact, quantifying resources, evaluating/recommending technical options, and configuring DSP solutions
  • Be an advocate for the Master Data Governance and other global solutions at global, regional, and local level to communicate standards and expectations.
  • Interact and collaborate with global, regional, and local Business Partners as appropriate, to better understand the business and its priorities and represent their requirements within the Master Data Governance landscape
  • Partner with the business in assessing and defining requirements and drive the development of business cases and system solutions.
  • Partner with third party providers to accomplish delivery of day-to-day operations, enhancements, and projects. This includes service level management, resource evaluations, escalations of system issues, and oversight of the change management processes.

The Person


  • Bachelors Degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology or related technical field
  • 2+ years configuration or support experience in a Master Data Governance technology solution
  • Experience with development, configuration, or support in SAP Master Data Governance or Syniti Data Stewardship Platform (DWP) is preferred
  • Experience working within a multinational organisation – ideally in a regulated industry (i.e. GMP)
  • Excellent communication skills, using a variety of methods in diverse forums
