Engineering Technician

Life Science Recruitment are sourcing an Engineering Technician for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer located in North Dublin. Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the primary role of the Engineering Technician is to provide technical support to the operation of production process equipment. The technician is expected to maximise performance and efficiency by means of preventive and breakdown maintenance support and will also be expected to take part in continuous Improvement activities on site.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience is required.
• Trades or diploma background along with experience in hands on maintenance and troubleshooting of high-speed filling and packaging equipment, particularly blister and sachet filling machines.
• Willingness to work a shift.
• Experience in a similar pharmaceutical role is considered an advantage.
