Our client a high potential start up are currently seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. Reporting to Manufacturing Manager the Manufacturing Process Engineer will support day to day manufacturing enabling the team to meet manufacturing objectives


Role/Responsibilities:

  • Day-to Day process support
  • Manufacturing documentation
  • Process Training
  • Quarantine/ Non-conformance Resolution
  • Identify and implement process and unit cost improvement opportunities
  • Application of lean principles
  • Development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for quality, safety and output
  • Maintaining Compliance with Quality Management System
  • Engage with the QMS to ensure delivery of the overall quality strategy & support the achievement of the business quality objectives

Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelors of Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Lean and statistical methods an advantage
  • Problem-solver
  • Ability to self-start and take on responsibility
  • Technical Writing
