Validation Engineer

6 months contract (Could extend to 12-24 months)

Option to work as a third party ltd company or as a temporary worker.

Experience required:

The ideal candidate have the ability to create/write URS/CER for CNC machining, Coating, Metrology and Packaging machines.

Create/write Master Validation Plan/ Validation Plan for CNC, Coating and packaging machines.

Write IQ,OQ,PQ protocols for equipment validation.

Conduct FAT/SATs on new machines.

Generate process validation report, and conduct deviation handling.

Perform CAPA for the identified root cause by discussing with CFT.



Key Skills:


A minimum of 2-4 yrs experience with a high volume manufacturing environment.


Working knowledge of Minitab and execute DOE (Design of experiments), CP/CPK and other statistical tools.

Solid knowledge of ISO13485 and EU Med Devices Regulations.

Lean Manufacturing/Transformation.
