An innovative medical device manufacturer is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support material flow, production continuity, and supply chain readiness across operations.

This is a key role responsible for MRP execution, supplier coordination, inventory control, and domestic/international logistics. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and R&D, you will help ensure materials are available, compliant, and aligned with demand—while supporting new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and analyse MRP to manage supply, demand, and inventory risk
  • Coordinate suppliers, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
  • Support new product introductions from a supply chain perspective
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply/quality issues
  • Coordinate shipments, manage customs documentation, and resolve logistics exceptions
  • Contribute to ERP enhancements, inventory control, and Lean initiatives
  • Communicate supply risks effectively to cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ supply chain experience in MedTech, pharma, or regulated manufacturing
  • ERP/MRP experience (SAP/Oracle desirable)
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
