Our client is a sales, marketing, and technical services company. They are a high growth company that aims to be the partner of choice for their global healthcare suppliers.
They are currently seeking a Clinical Seating Specialist for the Primary Care Sector in Ireland and this person shall ideally be Dublin based but they are open to location for the right person. The successful person shall manage specialised seating clinics and community areas for custom moulded and modular seating systems, including mobility bases, both powered and manual. You will engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinical nurse managers, public health nurses, end-user clients, procurement, and supply officers.
The role requires a strong clinical background, high level of knowledge in human biomechanics, initiative, decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
To apply for this position you must have: a minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting and / or seating and mobility equipment sales and full working rights for Ireland.

Responsibilities:
- Utilise clinical and product knowledge to assess and recommend appropriate seating solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct and manage specialised seating clinics, ensuring high standards of care and assessment for complex clients as part of a clinical team.
- Perform comprehensive seating assessments for clients with complex needs, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality.
- Work collaboratively as part of a clinical team to deliver high-quality care and solutions, sharing insights and expertise with clinicians and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals to establish lasting business partnerships.
- Achieve profitable territory sales in line with annual, quarterly, and monthly targets through strategic activities with existing and potential customers.
- Provide expert assistance with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and assess new client and market potential.
- Systematically collect, present, and interpret market and competitor information.
- Maintain accurate records for the territory and supply market information punctually as required by management.
- Engage in trade shows, conferences, training, and marketing activities.
- Implement new product launches and other corporate initiatives within the area of responsibility
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical setting and / or seating and mobility equipment sales. Strong knowledge of human biomechanics is essential.
- Experience conducting mobility product assessments is desirable. Comfortable and confident in performing hand-on client assessments for specialised seating.
- Essential technical ability in dealing with equipment.
- Preferable knowledge of the Irish healthcare market, systems, and processes.
- Sales and territory analysis, budget management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong personal drive and commercial awareness.
- Full clean driving licence
