A young and rapidly growing life science business is seeking a Logistics Associate to join it’s Supply Chain Function. The Logistics Associate will be based on site in Dublin to help build an Irish brand that is truly global. Working closely with senior management, the primary responsibilities involve managing logistics operations and streamlining data handling & analysis to support sales and marketing functions.


The Role

  • Product Handling & Repackaging: Carefully handle products and ensure that repackaging meets strict standards and industry protocols.
  • Shipment Management: Act as the primary liaison with shipping partners, to facilitate timely and efficient shipments. Manage inbound and outbound stock, ensuring shipments are accurate, organized, and timely.
  • Document Creation & Quality Control: Develop and maintain product documentation, ensuring every document is accurate and undergoes stringent quality control checks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor, manage, and forecast inbound stock to ensure product availability and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Warehouse Organization: Take charge of organizing warehouse stock and facilities to optimize space, product retrieval times, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Engagement: Work directly with shipping providers and other suppliers for optimal solutions, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable service.

The Person
  • Prior experience in retail, logistics, warehouse management, or Supply Chain
  • Degree qualified, ideally in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using data management tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent Communication skills and fluency in English is essential
