Opportunity
The Recruitment Consultant opportunity will focus on the contracts space across all Life Science sectors and will give the successful candidate an opportunity to work with a well-established brand with a strong network of clients both in Ireland and internationally.


Role/Responsibilities

  • This includes: taking a full brief from clients, sourcing, and pipelining, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and following through to offer, references and placement.
  • Having high attention to detail, using extensive sourcing methods, while maintaining strong & on-going communication with passive and active candidates.
  • Provide effective account management to a bank of existing clients as well as developing business with new and potential clients.
  • You must have a commercial awareness and ability to see immediate and future opportunities to develop business
  • Develop and maintain an expert knowledge of your sector
  • Develop your network via attending relevant industry events as well as building your online brand.


Skills/Experience

  • A third level qualification
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ recruitment experience, or in a customer facing role.
  • A competitive, friendly can-do attitude with a genuine interest in people, their careers and in business.
  • A proven track record working in a team environment, with a genuine interest in learning and career development.
  • A commitment towards delivering an exceptional service to clients.
