Scientific Consultant
Our client, a global collaboration consultancy organisation that leads international experts through their medical decision-making process for pharmaceutical clients are currently recruiting for a Scientific Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. Our clients unique consultancy process uses cutting edge award winning interactive technology and they are now seeking an intelligent, enthusiastic, and highly motivated person to join their close-knit team. As Scientific Consultant you will consult directly with the organisations clients to firstly understand key challenges and then using the organisations process, create and navigate a live moderated virtual interactive journey with key opinion leaders. You will be working within a highly skilled science team collaborating with operations and technology team colleagues. As Scientific Consulant, your consultancywork will cover a wide range of therapeutic areas and disciplines, including medical affairs, market access, clinical development, clinical operations, patient recruitment, training, and strategic development. This role is remote working, with 10-15% travel opportunites to client meetings.


Requirements

  • A strong background in biological sciences— a degree in biological sciences is a must, with a PhD being an advantage but not essential
  • 2-5 years of commercial experience
  • A passion for medical science with an inquisitive mindset (you’re always asking ‘why’)
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable managing conversations with people at all levels
  • An outgoing, dynamic, and confident personality, particularly in scientific discussions and client meetings
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and key experts
  • The ability to write clear, accurate scientific reports in the appropriate format and within deadlines
